About the ANA CMS Claims

Management System

ANA has taken its Process Management System and developed its own web based Claims Management Solutions (CMS) ® Management System. This highly effective CMS is the core of the entire operational framework of the organisation. All claims are entered into the CMS to ensure reporting protocols, service standards and quality are upheld. The ANA State Manager located in Queensland can see what the ANA Network Member in Mackay is doing on a claims file. The ANA Compliance Manager in Tasmania can see what the quality of work is in Western Australia. Clients will be able to see all of their claims anywhere in Australia. They can see the number of claims we are handling for them, the types of claims, loss locations and obtain periodic statistical reports, such as Cost Benefit Analysis Reports, State based Loss/Location Reports, Loss Reserves, Payments made etc.The programme has been developed by the company, and can be customised to our Clients’ requirements. Claims can be lodged online by Insurers or Brokers. Claims received by fax are uploaded onto the System by the individual ANA State Office staff. Once details are on the system, the authorised users have password-enabled access, 24 hours a day, to add notes, upload attachments, request for updates and monitor the progress of their claims. Adjusters working in the field can access the CMS via wireless networks (mobile devices, laptops) to upload claim information (photographs, invoices etc) or complete reports without returning to the office. At the same time this “live” information is made available to authorised parties almost instantaneously. The CMS has been developed so that access levels can be customised as appropriate for the different users, namely, Adjusters, Brokers and Clients. This ensures that users have access only to information they are entitled to view.
